Sosua By The Sea has direct access to two beaches that are separated by a reef. One of the beaches is shared with Casa Marina Resort and has public access from the street. The second beach is very quiet and a great spot to enjoy a good book or the peaceful sounds of the calm Atlantic. A buffet breakfast is included in your room rate. An all inclusive vacation is available but at an additional price. An all inclusive vacation limits your opportunity to experience the real Caribbean and enjoy the great restaurants and night life available in downtown Sosua.

A two-level pool complex with swim-up bar includes an island with trees shading lounges overlooking Sosúa Bay. Lower on the hillside, sunning decks border the bay. Sosúa Bay Beach adjacent to the hotel extends 0.75 mi. The hotel supplies snorkeling gear, pedal boats, and kayaks. Complimentary shuttles go to a companion hotel in the windsurfing town of Cabarete, where guests enjoy access to all facilities, including restaurants and water sports.

The hotel offers 193 guestrooms in four terra-cotta-colored buildings of 4-7 stories terraced into a hillside. Elevators operate from the lobby level to restaurants and swimming pools located down the hillside. Casual-decor rooms include furnished balconies or patios and compact refrigerators stocked with soft drinks, beer, and water. In-room safes are available for surcharges.
